Made-to-Order Items: Most products are made-to-order. Production typically takes 2-4 weeks for smaller items and 3-6 weeks for larger bags. This time reflects the care and attention we put into every piece.
In-Stock Items: Occasionally, we have ready-made products available. These ship within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order is completed, we ship as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
We primarily ship with DHL Freight, but other services may be used based on availability and destination.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We aim to keep these costs as accurate as possible.
We ship to most countries worldwide. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are outside our control.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.
