THLP Bags operates as a provider of handmade bags and accessories, available to customers worldwide. By purchasing from THLP Bags, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms may be updated periodically.

2. Products and Availability

  • In-House Production: All THLP Bags products are crafted in-house in our workshop, whether made-to-order or produced as in-stock items.
  • Made-to-Order Items: Items crafted specifically for your order have an estimated production lead time of:
    • 2-4 weeks for smaller items.
    • 3-6 weeks for larger bags.
  • In-Stock Items: Occasionally, we produce bags to keep in stock for immediate purchase and shipping. These items are still handmade in-house with the same attention to detail and craftsmanship as made-to-order products.
  • While we strive to meet production and shipping timeframes, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required upfront for all orders unless otherwise agreed (e.g., for resellers).
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe, which supports most major payment methods.

4. Shipping and Duties

  • Worldwide Shipping: We ship to most countries. If shipping to your location is unavailable, we will notify you after receiving your order.
  • Duties and Import Fees: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied by their country.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

5. Repairs and Warranty

  • Durability Commitment: THLP Bags are designed and crafted to last a lifetime. However, we understand that repairs may sometimes be necessary.
  • Repair Policy:
    • Repairs are offered on a case-by-case basis.
    • In most situations, repairs are free of charge if the customer covers shipping costs.
    • If the damage is due to significant misuse, neglect, or external factors (e.g., accidents), repair costs may apply. These will be assessed based on the extent of the issue.
  • Warranty Limitations: Repairs or warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues arising from improper care or handling.

6. Return Policy

  • THLP Bags does not accept returns or issue refunds for made-to-order items. Please ensure your purchase details are correct before placing an order.

  • A 15% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns to cover handling and administrative costs.
